Irene is an AuDHD'er who creates detailed and long videos on topics that are original, intriguing and extremely helpful for learning how to understand yourself and accommodate your own needs as a neurodivergent person. My personal favourites are 'Internalised autistic meltdowns' and 'How being Autistic is inherently linked to Ego Death'. Irene also creates very useful Autism and ADHD digital workbooks, and has a podcast.
Dream is a comic illustrator and a mental health advocate who creates personal introspective art about their experience as an ADHD'er.
They are most known for their 'identity spectrum' artwork which dives deep into the foundations and different layers to our egos as human beings, and uses personification to identify them. I interpret their art as an extremely self-aware deconstruction, compartmentalisation and systematization of their neurodivergent mask.
